Directions

Store in a cool dry place. As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 capsules spaced evenly throughout the day. On non-workout days, take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule mid-day. Use for 4-6 weeks then discontinue for at least 4 weeks.
